Product description
The Spidi Warrior protector Compact is designed to be fitted inside motorcycle jackets. This compact sized protector is more adaptable to smaller jackets than the full scale Warrior protector. The protector is made up of multiple layers, the first is designed for impact protection, the second and third layers progressively absorb the energy of a collision.Specification
- The blocks located on the inside and outside of the protector are produced by a thermal moulding process which increases impact resistance
- A system of channels allows air to circulate ensuring optimal thermal comfort
- All areas that are in contact with the body are covered by a soft low density material for additional comfort
- The tapered design offers optimum comfort and greater freedom of movement
- The Spidi Warrior compact protector 510 measures 33cm in width and 43cm in height
- CE approved to standard EN 1621-2/03 for motorcycle back protectors
- CE test report results: 16,6 kN (EN standard 1621-2/03 requires <18 CE Level 1 back protectors)
EN 1621-1/97 - CE standard for limb protectors
One standard of certification, no levels defined. Average transmitted force must be less than or equal to 35 kN.
EN1621-2/03 - CE standard for back protectors
2 Levels of protection classified - Level 1 and Level 2. To pass at Level 1 the average transmitted force must be less than or equal to 18 KN. To pass at Level 2 the average transmitted force must be less than or equal to 9 kN.
The lower kN score the better the shock absorption and protection.
