Eska may well be the most famous maker of gloves you have never heard of. The company is Austrian. They have been in the glove business since 1912, and today they produce gloves for every sector, including the police, armed forces, fire brigade and so on. Until a few years ago, they manufactured gloves for the well know Austrian motorcycle glove brand, Racer. But the company now produces gloves under its own brand name. So, as you would expect, Eska is not new to the market. Their gloves fit exceedingly well, and are produced to the very highest standard. Eska works worth Gore-Tex, and so their gloves are as waterproof as any out there. When it comes to thermal linings, Eska uses Primaloft, so warmth is assured. In terms of usability and quality of construction, we reckon Eska's gloves are very nearly a match for those made by Rukka. But as Eska is not a well known brand, it prices its gloves particularly competitively. If you want top performance, and incredible comfort, but still seek value for money, Eska may well be the brand you're looking for. These are serious gloves.
