The Bell Retro Jet R-T helmet is a new updated version of the original 500 TX which was one of the most innovative helmets in motorcycling history. The new version of the Bell Jet R-T features a multi-composite shell, incorporating technopolymer and carbon fibre strands for extra protection. There is a genuine leather padded interior that can be removed for cleaning. The Bell Jet R-T has a padded chin strap and quick release buckle. If you ride any classic bike from the fifties through to the eighties and want an authentic open face helmet, you can do no better than Bell's timeless new R-T. This helmet has the black pattern on the right-hand side and orange on the left-hand side, as pictured here.Specification

- Q. I have measured my head size in line with your instructions and it is 56cm (Small) but the Arai helmet I had 'fitted' at my local dealers is a medium. If I were to order this helmet what size would you recommend?
- A. I would still go with the small. My head is the same size and I found the M to big for my liking with lots of play and movement.

Quality helmet, quieter than my previous full face helmets?! Don't need ear plugs for wind noise with this helmet. Very snug and comfortable fit. Helmet peak won't flip off, even at high end of speedo.
