The Spidi DPS 03 airbag jacket is a highly developed innovation which includes an airbag that inflates should you come away from your bike in an accident. The Spidi airbag jacket, which has been developed in the Spidi Safety Lab is ideal for sports, naked and touring bikes thanks to the great range of features it offers. The motorcycle jacket has a removable H2Out lining and is fully waterproof and windproof. The airbag jacket has a full set of protectors including a back protector, shoulder and elbow protectors.Specification
This jacket is ideal for sports, touring and naked bike riding.
Safety:- Removable CE approved elbow and shoulder protectors
- Removable CE approved back protector
- Compact WARRIOR 510 back protector (CE EN 1621-2 test result: 16,6 kN Level 1)
- 3.5 metres of 11 cm diameter airbag cushions
- Airbag protects the neck, torso, back, sacrum and clavicles
- Air bag with air cartridge
- Air cartridge can be replaced and re-set by Spidi if the jacket and air chamber are not torn or scratched
- Must only be used with official Spidi canisters (1 canister included, replacements available from Spidi)
- Airbag and protectors can be removed to wash the jacket
- Removable H2Out waterproof, windproof and breathable lining
- Step-in clothing system
- Clip stop to attach jacket to trousers
- Air vents for improved transpiration
- Adjustable air vents in the sleeves
- Pocket for mobile phone/glasses
- Volume adjustments in the sleeves and chest
- Constructed from 220 grm Cordura 300 DuPont with elasticated Keprotec reinforcements

CE standardsEN 1621-1/97 - CE standard for limb protectors
One standard of certification, no levels defined. Average transmitted force must be less than or equal to 35 kN.
EN1621-2/03 - CE standard for back protectors
2 Levels of protection classified - Level 1 and Level 2. To pass at Level 1 the average transmitted force must be less than or equal to 18 KN. To pass at Level 2 the average transmitted force must be less than or equal to 9 kN.
The lower kN score the better the shock absorption and protection.
