Klim Zephyr Wind shirt in blue Product Information
Worn inside the jacket, the Zephyr is a stretchy, breathable top that has a membrane bonded to its inner surface. This membrane is a windproof barrier, and will certainly take the chill off. Now because a windproof membrane is also a waterproof membrane, the Zephyr will also deliver a degree of water resistance; but only water resistance because the membrane is not taped. The shirt will roll up to the size of a tennis ball so is extremely portable.

Steven Manning: Klim wind shirt
Excellent sizing, l have been wearing it as a mid layer and have been very impressed with how well its worked. Service from motolegends was very fast , fit is very good and performance is fabulous. Im a happy customer.
Jim: Size matters
Simply the best bit of kit to wear under my Marrakesh jacket. Im a 48 inch chest and usually go xxl - but with Klim being from US an XL is perfect.
David Houe: Absolutely fantastic kit
Absolutely amazing bit of kit. Its really light and comfortable to wear as a mid layer and above all it works! Chris is right. I never ride without it either on me or in my top box. An indispensable must have lightweight jacket that does far more than it says on the tin! Try it. You wont be disappointed.
David Bradley: Klim Zephyr
First class piece of kit to use under a summer jacket first thing in the morning before the temperature rises. Well pleased with it.
I Mackay: Ideal layer system
Recently took a trip up the west coast of Scotland in warm weather yes it does happen Wore my mesh jacket but when the sun went down added the Zephyr underneath and it was absolutely perfect. Expensive but highly useful bit of kit
Dave Garrett: Very good mid layer
Teamed with the Klim Marrakesh jacket this makes the ideal pairing , a match made in heaven. Great product
Paul F: Ideal layer
This is the second one I have purchased. I dont do well with heavy motorcycle clothing so I often ride in a summer jacket and this Klim Zephyr is an ideal garment for the times when weather is cooler as it cuts out a lot of the wind chill. It folds down to next to nothing and can fit in a pocket should you need it at anytime. I wanted another one for longer trips when clothes start getting sweaty in hotter climates so I have a change as and when its needed. Am looking forward to a trip in June to Europe, heading to Germany, Austria, Italy and Slovenia and will have both of my Zephyrs with me.
I Mackay: Versatile
A highly useful garment, well constructed and great for a variety of uses on and off the bike. Light and easily folded but windproof
Gary: Amazing
Couldnt believe that something as simple and light as this garment could be so effective at keeping the wind out and heat in. Excellent
Craig: Superb Windproof Jacket
This jacket does the job and looks great both on and off the bike. I bought the blue version in a 3XL and it fits very well Im a big unit It fits really well and maintains wind-chill barrier keeping you that little bit warmer on the bike. I still own a thin Pertex half zip top from another manufacturer which does a similar job, however this Klim jacket is far more stylish and adaptable and doesnt look like Im wearing a bin bag off the bike. Buy one and it will keep you warm and happy.
Robin: It does exactly as it says on the tin
Had this for a few weeks now and have used it with vengeance as a mid layer between my Klim Marrakesh jacket and my Rukka down filled jacket. Works brilliantly in blocking the wind, weights nothing, and folds into pocket size. Also, great as a wind break layer when walking the dog, havent tried how showerproof it is yet.
Christopher Davies: Does exactly what its meant to
Excellent piece of kit,I ride all year mainly for pleasure in all temperatures and conditions and this is a great addition to my riding gear it seems to keep the wind out and its nice and lightweight also.
Ken: Does what Chris said it would do.
It keeps the wind off and keeps me warm. So light you hardly notice you are wearing it. Excellent value for money. Whats not to like -
Paul Durrant: Best wind stopping mid layer.
Just bought this last week and had to go from Norwich to Ipswich and back. I used it as an additional mid layer over a Rukka Kim. I honestly felt no blast from the wind even on the sections where you can let rip a bit. It wasnt sub-zero temperatures, maybe 5 centigrade max but without the Klim Id have definitely been muttering and cursing. Id go so far as to say its true that EVERY biker would benefit by having one of these, even if just to bring it along as it folds up into practically nothing.
Paul: Excellent but why no stuff sack ?
Does the job remarkably well. Beautifully made as youd expect from Klim. Expensive - as youd expect from Klim but probably worth it. But why no bag to keep it in ? I roll mine up and stuff it into a sock but at Klim prices it should really come with a bag IMO.
Martin: A very useful jacket
This lightweight jacket is ideal for extending the temperature range of mesh jackets like the Klim Induction or any other lightweight jacket. It packs really small and is also nice enough to be casual wear
Simon B: An amazing piece of kit!
After buying a lightweight breathable jacket and then researching layers I realised there was a part of the jigsaw I was missing and this was something windproof. Then I found the Zephyr, and what a find this was ! Since buying this I have toured a little in France and used this as part of a layered approach to clothing and this jacket is to me the key to layering as it keeps the wind at bay but also allows you to keep cool and breath and should be the first item to buy. The quality of this is right up there as the best, it is comfortable it fits perfectly and is the first item of motorcycling clothing that I have ever bought that I have found true to size... I would normally wear XL and XL fits me perfectly. I can normally tell as soon as I put my arm in the sleeve if it is going to fit as I have long arms and true to this I knew instantly it was the correct size. The quality of the jacket the build and material is top class, when you wear the jacket you do not even know you have it on it is that comfortable. Price wise.... now a lot of Klim is on the high end budget wise but for this jacket at £90 the best thing to do is not even consider the price just simply buy it as you will not look back. This jacket is as they say a no brainer.
John M: Brilliant mid layer
You would hope that for the money this had better be good. Well its better than that, its brilliant. Does exactly what it said on the tin, to coin a phrase. Thank you Motolegend
Pete Keith: Only worn once but am impressed
Now you have to bear with me on this since Ive not done a full test but the one early morning commute of over 40 miles with this under my Rukka Forsair very ventilated summer jacket left me feeling un affected by the wind and cold. This is definitely a summer garment to make a morning ride pleasant and the fact it can be stowed away easily when the temperature warms means its ideal.
Alessandro Pozza: Just fabulous!
What an excellent piece of gear, extremely satisfied. Once again Chris, the chap in a cap, was spot on with his recommendation.
Ben: Excellent
Great little jacket under the Klim Marrakesh jacket I bought at the same time. Have been using in the recommended layering scenario with a Rab puffy jacket for warmth and it has been a really versatile combo. Its so lightweight and thin, its easy to pack anywhere on the bike, but the jury remains out on its longevity. Hopefully it remains robust. No problems so far.
Richard: Extraordinary bit of kit
This jacket defies reason. It is so light, thin and compact it is difficult to see how it can provide much in the way of warmth and yet it really works! You just have to get used to the zip being on the wrong side!
David D: Excellent mid layer
Klim always produce great kit and this jacket is no exception. Super light, but with its windproof design very effective in helping to keep you warm. Worn under a summer jacket it is perfect, but equally useful as part of your WinterAutumnSpring layering system. Wraps up small too, so easily carried. The blue colour is nice and makes a nice change from the normal black. Thoroughly recommended.
