Chamberlain's Leather Milk
The Chamberlain’s story goes back a way, but actually not as far back as their nostalgic packaging suggests! Chamberlain’s was initially a shipping company, and they were responsible for handling hundreds of thousands of products for the Saddleback company. Their goods had to be shipped in impeccable condition, but Chamberlain’s couldn’t find a leather-care product that properly preserved and protected the leather. Some products they tried dried and chapped the leather, whilst other products used chemicals and actually damaged it. And so Chamberlain’s set out to create their own linaments and treatments. Their Leather Milk was formulated using a water-based blend of oils and various nutrients. It went on sale in 2007. Here at Motolegends we have always used Leather Milk to restore and rejuvenate leather garments and products. We were importing it from the US a bottle at a time, but then decided that our customers would probably find it useful too. All we can say is that it works. Nothing we have ever used has allowed us to repair damaged leather and to bring it back to life in the way that Leather Milk’s products have.
