Product Information

This Roland Sands Ronin leather jacket is the epitome of the jacket we all wish we owned. Right out of the bag it looks as though it was handed down to you by your dad. The 1.1mm leather is beautifully aged and worn; the effect really is as good as anything we've ever seen. Yet this is a jacket that doesn't stint on practicality: pre-curved sleeves, waist adjusters, zips on cuffs, stacks of pockets inside and out, satin lining, perforated panels under the sleeves and so on. With armour, it's a terrific biking jacket. Without armour, it's a terrific looking biking jacket. Instant credibility without the hassle of years of bar fights, banned substances, loose women and multiple fractures! The Ronin comes with pockets for armour in the shoulders, elbows and back. Though these protectors are not included, they are available separately.

I have just received my rsd jacket , and I am very pleased with my purchase. The jacket is a perfect fit and is very well made. Really happy ??.

Jon B: 3 years on - still my favourite

I bought this jacket 3 years ago. I've worn it on my daily commute to work, and on multiple trips away on my bike, including traveling around Europe. So how has it held up? Perfectly. It looks nothing like the day I bought it, though. The leather has faded and it's really grown into a 'vintage' looking jacket (Which looks fantastic!) yet the seams and leather is as sturdy as the day I bought it. It is by far the best jacket I've ever had. The fitting can seem weird at first, but it took about 2 months of wearing it all the time for it to fully adjust to my body. The pockets are fantastic for holding everything I need when on the bike, and in the 'off season' I've always removed the pads and had it just as a normal jacket. It does get a little too much in the extreme cold, and extreme heat - but that can easily be fixed with adding a jumper under or opening some of the vents. If you're ummming or ahhhhing about this jacket, let me be the one to tell you that you won't regret it. I'm currently trying to convince my other half to let me buy the brown version!
