For the new updated version of this jacket the 2024 Belstaff Brooklands.
The Belstaff Brooklands Mojave 2.0 jacket is an updated version of the longstanding, and much loved, Mojave that has been in the Belstaff range for over 10 years. It has been upgraded so that it can meet the requirements of the new CE regulations for protective motorcycle wear. Made from a heavy-duty, 10 ounce, British Millerain wax cotton, the biggest change from its predecessor is that it is now reinforced in the most vulnerable areas with a highly, abrasion-resistant lining that is made from a high-tenacity Cordura 500 canvas. In most other respects, this jacket is virtually identical to its predecessor. That means you get a seam-sealed Miporex waterproof membrane, CE armour in the shoulders and elbows, and a pocket for a back protector. For thermal protection, there’s a removable, quilted, 150g. gilet. On the outside of the jacket are two flap pockets and two zip pockets. Inside the jacket, there’s a side-facing pocket. Barry Davy: Belstaff Mojave
I own a similar waxed cotton jacket from another manufacturer but the Belstaff Mojave is superior in every way, which it ought to be at more than twice the price! Better fit, better quality fabric, better looking. The only negative point is the waist belt, which is a pain to do-up and undo with its annoying velcro flap thing. This was mentioned in the Motolegend vid and no doubt the revised version will come with poppers instead of a belt. Otherwise Im very happy with it.

This is my second Belstaff from Motolegends having previously purchased the Crosby. I love both jackets for the quality and traditional look. The mojave will be my spring summer jacket for both on and off the bike. Although the jackets are expensive compared to some other brands I believe they will outlast almost everything else on the market. My ride is a speed twin 1200 so they suit my style perfectly. Good prompt service from ML as usual.

I bought this recently and absolutely love it. I have far too many Bike jackets but this is the best one. Excellent quality and looks great. I am very happy with this purchase. Motolegends shipped it fast to Tasmania, very professional to deal with. I was a bit stressed because of all differing opinions on sizing but I reckon sizing is pretty spot on. I am 177 cm and slim at 70kg. I bought Medium and it fits very nicely, maybe could have even gone a small but would have needed to try a small on first. I look forward to wearing this each day. I feel good just putting it on

Very nice well made jacket. Strong high quality materials. Inner liner is nice and has decent armour. Order 2 or 3 sizes up as these come really small. I am usually an XL so bought a 3XL which is still too tight. I wish I had opted for 4XL The jacket is a bit short so if you are not riding fully upright you will have an exposed back.
