Product Information

The Halvarssons Wrap jeans are a great fashionable trouser with the advantage of being abrasion resistant. We didn't fall out with Halvarssons over it, but last year we were very upset that they couldn't provide us with a reliable supply of their brilliant riding jeans called Jet jeans. Well, it would appear they were busy improving the design and now they're here under a new name, the Wrap! To all intents and purposes, they look like a pair of Levi 501s, but Halvarssons has made some adjustments that mean they are even more comfortable to wear than before. Of course, as with the Jet jeans, the magic ingredient is the layer of HI-ART in the bum and other areas that gives these Wrap jeans a far higher level of abrasion resistance than you'd find in a normal jean. You can also buy and fit knee and hip protectors if you want to take them to the next level. In our view, they're the best riding jeans. Bar none!

  • Constructed from Denim
  • HI-ART abrasion resistant reinforcements in exposed areas

  • Adventure Bike Rider gave these pants an ABR score of 9/10

Halvarssons motorcycle clothing comes with a 2 year manufacturers warranty.

Leon Bearman: Product Review

I bought these jeans (and the CE approved padded inserts) after coming off my KLR on a wet roundabout (not far from ML headquarters) and after suffering a few abrasions and bruises because of said tumble I decided to invest in some padded jeans. I dropped just over £130 for the jeans and pads which was a little bit more than I wanted to pay but the jeans had reviewed well, ML loved them as did Adventure Bike Rider and, I knew that the next time I was lying on my backside in the middle of the road after a tumble, I certainly wouldn't be grumbling about the jeans costing £130 or more especially if my bruises and abrasions were fewer than they were this last time I bit the asphalt. The jeans themselves are well made and seriously stitched. The pads fit snugly and the jeans look good when worn casually. The denim is supple and soft but the jeans are also thick and heavy. The knee pads take some getting used to as they sit under the knee cap when the leg is straightened but as soon as you swing a leg over a bike and place your feet on the pegs the knee pads sit where they should. The thing I love most is the stitching, look and ingenuity around the knee areas of the jeans. They have been cleverly stitched so that when the knee is bent the bottoms of the jeans don't ride up the ankles. In fact the bottoms don't ride up at all. This means that the overall look and length of the jeans don't differ between being stood up and riding. Well worth the money! A quality product!

neill: Product Review

Just bought these with the CE approved padded inserts and first impressions are excellent. They have an easy, relaxed fit even with the armour fitted. Fabric feels weighty and strong but soft on the inside and well put together. The knee armour does hang a little below the knee of which if you were going for a yomp in them might feel odd but not a deal breaker. However, for riding your bike or wandering around for when needing a break they are splendid and very comfortable. Overall, an excellent product.
