James: A nice surprise
I wasnt sure about buying this helmet but the price I got it for was too good to be true so I went for it. When I unboxed the helmet I was quite impressed with the premium feel of the shell and the lining. Comfort is very good and the lining is plush and pleasant on the skin. The visor is pretty big but I love the clarity and the wide unobstructed view. On the road I have noticed a slight whistle from the left side caused by the airflow. This comes and goes depending on speed and head position so not really an issue. The helmet is surprisingly quiet too. Really quite amazed at how quiet it is. Quieter than my new C5 which shouldnt make any sense. So I am growing quite fond of this helmet now and am thinking about adding the comms kit and using it on my trip to Ireland later this year. Overall a recommendation for the M1 from me.
