Delivery

All 'In Stock' orders that are received before 1pm, should be despatched from our warehouse the same day via Royal Mail or other couriers such as City Link (UK only), subject to security checks and payment clearances. Please note the estimated despatch dates against your items on the basket page. Some of our stock is located in other warehouses and cannot be despatched the same day.

We offer three delivery services for UK mainland addresses so that you can choose the most suitable service for your needs.

Our standard service for UK orders is a 3-5 working day service. We offer the option to upgrade your delivery to a 2 working day or a next working day service. Deliveries can be dependent on our friendly courier drivers and postal workers. A despatch email is sent when parcels leave our warehouse.

European and Worldwide delivery can take up to 14 days after being despatched and are subject to customs clearance.

Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses overseas.

If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc).

Free UK delivery on motorcycle protective wear

To make purchasing your motorcycle gear online even easier, we offer free UK delivery on all motorcycle protective clothing. This includes helmets, jackets, suits, gloves, boots and more. You will find a free UK delivery note on every applicable motorcycle item.

Customs

When ordering mail-order goods from Motolegends for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your Country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Motolegends, you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Authorising orders

When you place an order on our website please make sure that your Account address is the address your credit/debit card is registered to. Your card authorisation process is checked against your Account address and if it is not correct your card will be declined and your order delayed until we receive the correct details from you. Please note, that due to security reasons, if you are a new customer placing your first order on our site, it must be despatched to your credit card billing address (the address assigned to your credit card used for payment).

Postage and packaging

The cost of postage and packing for items ordered is displayed automatically in your basket during the order process but for a complete breakdown the costs are as follows:

EU Postage and packaging

For European deliveries we calculate the postage and packaging rates per item ordered.

£10 for the first item and £5 per additional item ordered.

Due to higher shipping rates, all orders to the CHANNEL ISLANDS will be charged at the EU rate. Your shipping charge may be altered manually to represent this.

Rest of World postage and packaging

For overseas deliveries outside of Europe we calculate the postage and packaging rates per item ordered.

£20 for the first item and £10 per additional item ordered.

Please note some bulky items may trigger an additional charge to send to destinations overseas outside of Europe. This will be confirmed at time of purchase.

We only charge you delivery once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. (The full delivery charge is charged on the first parcel despatched)
