Mike: Always wanted one!
When this jacket showed up on a Sunday sale I jumped at the opportunity and have not regretted it. Was a little concerned about getting the right size but it fits me like a glove and I couldnt be happier. The mahogany is so dark it looks black to me. A classic jacket at a great price!
Jonathan: Replacing an old friend
After several repairs and many miles I had to face the fact that my old wax cotton jacket simply had to be replaced. Easier said than done, I have procrastinated long enough! This summer I finally went in search of a worthy successor and found it in the shape of the Belstaff. From the moment I slipped it on there was an immediate sense of rightness, the fit, the finish and discovering that a medium size was a better fit than the large...flattery will get you everywhere! I even went away and tried other jackets, all excellent products in their own right, but, in the end I returned to the Brooklands Mojave. Took it out for its maiden trip around the Peak District and got caught in a hail storm. The jacket performed flawlessly. I'm even getting the hang of closing the buckles with one hand. Very happy.
