We like single layer riding jeans as they are more comfortable and ensure protection in all zones. I have only used a few times since purchase but I really like these jeans. I am a UK16 but the advised size W34 L32 pair were way too small so I replaced them with W36 L32. They fit perfectly but the length is a bit longer than the first pair. They are very comfortable to wear but on cooler days I also wear some thin leggings. I also have race leather jeans and gortex trousers but these jeans will be my go to clothing on my bike. My boots fit over the top and fasten fully. My only negative comment would be that the front pockets arent very deep but thats it. The rear pockets fit an average sized phone in. The armour is at the knees and hips and is optional. Its not at all bulky and is comfortable for all day riding.

The single-layer denim material is very comfortable and they really look like fashion jeans. My waist measures 38 and the size 36 fit perfectly. I even had enough room underneath for my Knox shorts with knee and hip armor. The back of the jeans is quite high, but just right for riding. They were long on me, but I have a 27 inseam, so I just rolled them up. They fit over my short Daytona boots and my TCX blend boots with no problem. They stretch everywhere! I will buy them again. As usual, Saras review was completely accurate!
