Halvarssons Motorcycle Trousers

Halvarssons is one our favourite motorcycle clothing brands. The company is Swedish, and they make serious, well designed, high-performance garments for the committed motorcyclist. They make textile trousers, leather trousers and motorcycle jeans, but we are particularly impressed by their textile trousers. They are extremely comfortable to wear, yet typically come with a waterproof membrane. removable thermal liner, CE approved armour, Hi-Art anti-abrasion panelling, and plenty of ventilation openings. For the person who commutes or tours extensively, we think that Halvarssons represents the best possible solution. Only Rukka's laminated products offer any performance advantage, but Rukka's motorcycle trousers are both heavier and stiffer, and so are less comfortable. Rukka's trousers are also much more expensive. Coming from a tannery town, Halvarssons makes some really nice leather trousers. They also do great jeans, and some quite interesting trousers for the adventure, or off-road, rider.

Fabulous, comfortable soft leather pants are a great fit and I always look forward to getting them on. They are confidence givers as they are so thick and tough. I wanted heavy duty comfortable bike gear without resorting to race style leathers and 3 years in, these are the best leathers yet for me.

Stephen: Great summer trousers

Bought for my wife for a tour to the Italian lakes. All the ladies jeans appear to be super skinny, and as a lady heading north of 50, not what she wanted. These fit the bill perfectly. Strip out the waterproof ? liner and a lovely pair of summer trousers that allow the breeze through although there are no vents. Lots of pockets is a bonus.

Wow. These trousers are a class above any Ive had before. Ive struggled to get bike trousers long enough in the past but the Long leg size is perfect 35 inside leg. Other trousers Ive had promise to be waterproof but all fail. Ive been in torrential downpours all weekend in Wales and I was bone dry. The venting is also first class when the sun comes out.. These ooze quality and the way they feel when I put them on is sublime. I cant recommend them highly enough. If anyone has any doubts about these - just try them , you wont be disappointed.
