Rukka Motorcycle Clothing

Rukka

Rukka makes the very best motorcycle clothing. As a leading official Rukka UK stockist, we stock the full range of Rukka jackets and Rukka pants and know the pros and cons of all the different suits.

Rukka is the motorcycle suit of choice for many commuters, high mileage tourers, blood bikers, couriers as well as the majority of British police motorcyclists. And the reason for this is that a Rukka jacket is made using the very best materials; Gore-Tex pro shell 3 layer laminate, YKK zips, Armacor, D3O, Outlast and so on. They then back this up, in the UK, with a six year warranty on Rukka jackets and Rukka trousers and a two year warranty on Rukka gloves. If you want the best motorcycle suit money can buy then Rukka should be on the list!

As one of the largest official Rukka stockists in the UK, here at Motolegends, we stock the full UK range of Rukka motorcycle clothing. Not only that but we have short and long leg lengths available in all but one of the nine waterproof men's suits (as at February 2025) and three suits for ladies. Furthermore, for some sizes we are the only UK dealer to carry stock. If Rukka is one of your options there is no retailer in the UK with a better selection to guide you to the right Rukka suit for you. You can buy online with free next day UK delivery and with our unbeatable price guarantee or you can visit us in Guildford for a personal shopping experience where you can benefit from our expertise to guide you to the best Rukka suit for you.

Is Rukka a good brand?

Rukka is, quite probably, the top brand for high mileage motorcyclists who need protection from winter weather. Working with Goretex, Rukka guarantee you will stay warm and dry when the weather is inclement.

Why is Rukka clothing so expensive?

Making a Goretex laminate garment is labour intensive. It takes many hours for a person to tape all the seams properly to ensure waterproofing and to ensure it will last. That's what makes Rukka expensive. It is a brand that uses only the best components and makes clothing that will do its job under the most difficult weather conditions.

Who makes Rukka?

The Rukka brand was established in Finland in 1950 and has been making technical sports and motorbike wear since then. The brand is owned by Luhta Sportswear, another Finnish company.

Rukka Comfo-R trousers in black

Brian: Rukka Comfo R Trousers

Bought during the weekend sale to replace Rukka Navigator Laminated trousers which initially worried me, but after a weekend in Scotland, no need to. Huge pockets compared to me old ones, fit was great correct length this time, very comfy and warm enough down to 10C. Would advise to purchase braces they dont come with any. Other than that brilliant. Dont know how they will be during heavy rain but expect they will be up to the job as with all Rukka kit.

Rukka Comfo-R jacket in black

Brian: Rukka Comfo R Jacket

Bought to replace my well used 7 year old laminated Rukka Navigator suit and to be honest was a bit worried that Id be disappointed. Wore it at the weekend for a trip to Scotland and it was brilliant. Very comfortable, perfect fit, huge pockets and kept me warm at 1o C with only a light fleece underneath. Only negative was getting used to velcro cuffs again. Bought in the weekend sale so bit of a bargain really.

Rukka Kalix 3 jacket grey

RCee: Proper test

Having ordered the jacket just 10 days before a planned 1000 mile trip I didnt get a chance to wear it be before setting off. No need to worry very comfortable from the off this only improved over the trip. 2 things that really stuck me 1. Once on the bike the shape fit comes into its own 2. Completely water proof having been fully tested over 6 days of some of the worst rain Ive ridden in. Finally watch the Moto Legends videos they describe the pros con very accurately. Pay your money make your choice from an informed perspective.
