Held motorcycle gloves

Held first started making gloves in 1946. The company was founded by two professional glove makers, Bruno Held and his son Edgar. Gloves have always been and continue to be a core part of the Held motorcycle offering, and are still rated extremely highly. Held is one of the few companies to offer short-fingered and long-fingered options and have gloves suitable for all riding conditions and riding genres. When motorcyclists try them on in the shop they so often seem to 'fit like a glove'. All the Held gloves are well thought through to ensure comfort and protection on the motorbike. Here at Motolegends we offer a wide range of Held motorcycle gloves, some of which are exclusive to us in the UK. Available online with free delivery or you can come and try them at our Guildford shop.

Held Sambia gloves in black/grey

F D: Velours wouldnt be more comfortable

Quintessential summer glove, very comfortable and loads of feel. Reassuring construction with super fabric in major palm friction areas and a mini cuff made of TPR to head off nasty rashes. Knuckle protector looks the part but flows less air than it would let on which is fine, the glove is well aerated overall. The synthetic back gives nice stretch for good control while the leather palm gives great feel, a nice combination. You could type your memoir on these gloves. The only niggle I have is that the wrist wrap is not as convincing as on other Held gloves, above city speeds it might not be effective enough. But then again above city speeds, you should be wearing a full cuff glove perhaps. Cheers to Held for another great product and cheers to Legends for bringing it to market.

Held Rodney 2 gloves in brown

Bob W: Best summer glove

I had a pair of these for 10 years and after they got to nasty to wear I tried many other less expensive summer gloves that I was disappointed in. These arent cheap but they are great gloves.

Held Desert II gloves in black

Richard: My new favourite glove

I fell victim to the dreaded Motolegends email and bought these on a whim. Ive several gloves that are excellent dinner gloves including the KLIM Baja and Badlands but these filled a barely discernible gap for a glove that flows loads of air, is light, has great feel and well built. Ive got big hands and Held are one of the brands that always seem to fit. They are ridiculously comfortable, cool without needing to swap them as soon as the sun goes down and provide excellent feel on the bars and controls. I love them and for the price, they are great value.
