Helstons is a prestigious French maker of motorcycle protective wear. They have been producing leather jackets, gloves and boots since the 1970s, when they were a direct competitor of Lewis Leathers in London. We are huge fans of Helstons, and for those wanting a classic or vintage look, the company's products are hard to beat. We love Helstons' leather jackets and gloves, but their boots are simply exquisite. Their speciality is the short boot, and they produce the kind of boot that can be worn with, say, a chino trouser into the office, where they will be comfortable the entire day. Their brogue boots are particularly smart, and will look totally at home in the most stylish of establishments. Yet all Helstons' motorcycle boots are proper biking boots. They are equipped with ankle, toe and heel protectors, and waterproof membranes. They also have a strong shank in the sole for added stiffness, and side zips for easy entry. Helstons' boots really are the last word when it comes to riding in style.

Andrew Cranmer: Just what I was looking for

I have a pair of Daytona Travel Start Pro boots for winter, wet weather and longer trips, and a pair of Klim Outlander that are my go-to boots. Both superb, but both very obviously motorcycle boots. I wanted something to wear with jeans that I would look like normal boots when off the bike. These fit the bill perfectly. Look great, very comfortable whilst offering a decent level of protection. Im usually size 45, eg in Ecco shoes, and 46 was a perfect fit.

Shoes are really nice, and took very little time for me to break in. I didnt have to use any saddle soap. There is enough comfort for me to be able to walk around all day in these. Leather quality is great, can take a nice shine with wax. Looks are great as well, I can wear these in to the office no problem.

Loved my purchase! These boots are by far the most comfortable motorcycle boots I already owned. With the cold weather of the last few days I was even wearing them without riding the bike... just to walk them in a bit more. Nobody even noticing I was wearing motorcycle boots. - Great product!
