Leather Motorcycle Jackets

A leather jacket is a motorcycling staple, and it is written in law somewhere that every motorcyclist has to own at least one leather biker jacket. Leather is very comfortable to wear, and becomes more so with age. Leather is also abrasion resistant, although this depends on the thickness of the leather and, these days, textile jackets can offer even more protection than leather. Leather is not warm, per se, but with base layers or a thermal liner a leather jacket can be fine in the cold. But leather is emphatically not what you want in the wet. It soaks up the moisture, and can very quickly make you feel very cold.

Spidi Intersection jacket in black

Spico: Fab jacket for warm days

Top quality, absolutely fantastically well-made jacket. I dont bother with the water proof liner, I have better jackets for rainy days. This jacket is fine around 16 or 17 degrees Celsius without the need for any other layers, and the air flow is great so Im sure it will cope well at 25 or 30, from 10 to 17 degrees I wear a Oxford Atmos Thermo Fleece Jacket underneath and it is fine, great looking jacket at a great price.
