The boots fit great. In fact I even have toe wriggle room!  The stiffness eased up very quickly and the leather feels quite soft.  I have been wearing them on the bike. I had to have the fear lever adjusted on my Monster because the boots are so thick but the extra inch is awesome, I can now get both feet flat on the ground for the first time ever and it makes controlling the bike so easy!   They feel like moon boots to walk in but it's worth it!

I like the ability to return items without charge or pressure. It is a real benefit that you allow customers to visit to try on items held in stock. Customer services are really good, friendly and helpful, keep up the good work recruiting the right people. When I visited on Saturday afternoon, the young lady that served me was rushed off her feet, but still remained calm and polite and dealt with the queue of people very well. Online ordering was very good, as was post order communication. I can't actually think of anything to suggest as an improvement, so keep up the good work.

I have ordered via yourselves before but this recent service prompted me to drop a quick mail. I ordered two items by phone yesterday afternoon. Firstly, I received a very friendly and helpful response to a couple of product questions. Secondly, I received the order by 10:30 this morning and am very satisfied. A previous order was handled similarly and, when such items are presents for children, it's important to avoid dissappointments. Nice to see a company that still "does what it says on the tin". "I received an e-mail from you recently asking if I had any problems with a recent return to yourselves. I know you only asked for info on any problems however I think praise is also a very good thing to be notified about.

I returned a Dainese jacket on behalf of my son who was larger than he thought.The girl I spoke to on the phone about this could not have been more helpful. She told me the state of the stock and advised I buy another jacket then return the smaller one for a refund as stock was very low. This was done with the minimum of fuss and the maximum pleasantness,despite being under the stress of sale time. Well done to you all,keep up the good work.
