The Rokker Boulder Rider shirt is classic Rokker. It’s a cool-looking shirt that is going to look great off the bike, but that is going to give you the protection you need when you’re on it. The plaid outer fabric is 100% cotton flannel, but this is lined with a material that contains Coolmax for superior wicking, a UHMWPE for abrasion resistance and Elastane for stretch. You get all the stuff you’d expect: YKK zips, rubberised buttons and under arm vents. What you don’t get is armour, as it is not supplied as standard. But for us the solution is clear. Fit D3O’s latest Ghost armour. It fits perfectly in the pockets, and obviously it meets the CE standard; once this is in place you won’t even know it’s there. This isn’t the only riding shirt on the market, and it’s not the cheapest, but as you’d expect of Rokker, it’s probably the most stylish.
