The Helstons City boot in black is about as simple and classic as it gets. The boot is made from a calfskin that has been treated with waxes and oils. This softens the leather but also makes it more protective from the elements. The boot comes with a particularly strong counter in the toe to compensate for the fact that there is no gearchange pad. Of course, you also get a counter in the heel as well as a soft protectors on the ankle. The boot has a waterproof lining, a side zip to make getting in and out a bit easier, and two speed hooks to the same end. The City has a strong, grippy, oil-resistant sole. It is CE approved and made in Europe.

Really well made but watch out as they are quite slim and tight. Might stretch eventually but I struggled to get them on and even more to get them off. Returned with no fuss and great service from Motolegends - will try the Messenger boot instead when it arrives.
