Andrew: Comfortable boots
These boots are very comfortable, felt great right out of the box, they have D3O armour on the ankles, a rigid sole shank and the soles are very grippy, even in the wet. The toe boxes are nice and low too, making for easy, quick gear shifting. Very happy with the service from Motolegends again, overall a very happy customer.
Charlie: Even better than expected
These arrived this morning, DPD on time as usual, always appreciate a reliable prompt delivery so a good start. I already have a pair of TCX Street Ace Air Boots which have been comfortable and light. Even wore them to Italy and back. However, the Dartwoods looked a little more substantial and being waterproof and non perforated leather somewhat stronger. This is absolutely the case with supple yet thick leather, decent 3DO armour built in and a stronger shanked sole. Ive worn them around the house this afternoon and got to say that they are very comfortable. A bit heavier and slightly less flexible than the Street Aces but more reassuring. They'll probably loosen up with wear anyway. Fit is spot on at a 45. Im usually a 10 12 UK and vary between a 45 and 46 depending on fit. Previous boots were a 45 so went with that. The lace cinch is a nice touch, always a worry on the Street Aces, used to tuck the laces inside the boot, not always comfortable. An example of good design which abounds in the Dartwood. So, very happy with these. Well done Motolegends, another successful sale to a repeat happy customer.
