Dainese Motorcycle Gear
Dainese is a world wide brand producing products across a full range of classes. However, we only choose a small number of Dainese's products which we feel are suited to our customers' needs. We have chosen a number of Dainese's boots - for men and ladies; and a supremely comfortable ladies winter glove. We also have some items in our Dainese sale section.

Dainese Metractive D-WP boots in brown
I loved the look of the boots online and they dont disappoint in person. They are a great looking pair of boots that I will happily wear from autumn through to spring. The soles are really grippy and have enough flex to be comfy while still feeling confidence inspiring. My initial thoughts were that these are a really solid pair of boots and that has not changed. They became very comfortable after the first couple of times I wore them and I am able to wear them all day at work without any aches or pains. Equally importantly, I dont look as if I am wearing motorcycle boots. Im pleased there is a side zip or getting in and out of them would be a chore. I read a few reviews and decided to size up from my usual European size, but I dont think that was really necessary. At least I will be able to wear thicker socks once the weather turns colder. I would say these feel more like a boot than a pair of trainers, but I bought them for protection rather than to feel like a pair of slippers so I find this reassuring. Definitely worth the money and I think I will be wearing these for many years to come.

Im not usually a fan of this style of boot and certainly not of Dainese products having piled into them when I was younger thinking they were the best of the best only to be let down by broken zips and leaking pants and as Ive gotten older I know what good now looks like. Therefore I was somewhat surprised that this boot jumped out at me. I wanted something longer than my Daytona boots but just as comfortable on and off the bike but didnt want to go big off-road chunky like the Klim. These are an elegant Italian take on an off-road boot with a simple uncluttered design and I must say, are very comfortable. I havent tried in the rain yet but hopefully, the Gore-Tex accreditation will make the old Dianese memories a thing of the past.

Bought these for a multi week trip to Japan where I woudl be doing some biking but wanted to travel light. Temperatures were averaging above 38 degrees c. we have a lot of walking on the days not biking. i was exceptionally impressed. Comfortable, light, cool, protective and water resistant. Absolutely love them!
