Held Zaino backpack 20-30l in fluo

We all know that Kriega is the name when it comes to motorcycle luggage, but the truth is that only a small number of them are properly waterproof, and so if keeping stuff dry is important then a backpack like Held's Zaino might be the answer.

 

The Zaino is like one of those bags that sailors use. With its PVC coated outer shell nothing inside this pack is going to get wet.

 

You get three external pockets that are not waterproof, and one large one that most definitely is, to which end all the seams are welded. The body side of the backpack is padded and covered in mesh for breathability. There's also a strap to go around the waist. 

 

As if the fluorescent yellow was not enough to get you noticed on the bike, there's also some 3M Scotchlite banding for better nighttime visibility.

 

The size makes it perfect for a day out. If you packed carefully it might pass muster for a night away, but there are lots of bigger backpacks out there. It measures 40 cm in height by 26 cm in width. Held reckon that its maximum volume is 30 litres.
