This is the perfect item for the person with a waterproof jacket that does not come with its open storm collar. It’s made from a durable Schoeller waterproof membrane that contains some stretch for added comfort. The idea, obviously, is that it will stop the rain from reaching your face when it’s raining hard. But as a waterproof membrane is also a windproof membrane, the Torrent will also keep the cold air at bay. It has been designed to sit over the collar of your jacket, and tuck inside the helmet.
