Dainese Motorcycle Gloves

Our Dainese motorcycle gloves are chosen with everyday road riding in mind, with an emphasis on comfort, useful protection and weather resistance. The current selection includes the Teyde GTX and Funes GTX: two Gore-Tex gloves that suit quite different conditions. The sensible starting point is to think about when you ride and how much insulation you need.

The Dainese Teyde GTX is a summer-waterproof glove, with a Gore-Tex membrane but no thermal insulation. Its stretchy textile back, goatskin palm and pre-curved fingers make it an option for milder days when rain is still on the cards. For colder riding, the Dainese Funes GTX adds PrimaLoft Gold insulation with Cross Core technology and a Gore Grip membrane.

Both deserve a proper try-on with your fingers curled as they would be around the bars. Check fingertip space, palm comfort and how the cuff works with your jacket sleeve. Perfect fit and very comfortable. Nice minimalist cuff closure ensures they fit underneath any jacket sleeve. I havent used them on the bike yet but guess theyll probably become my go-to gloves when the Scottish summer eventually comes.

Mark: Best Winter Gloves I Have Bought

These are supremely comfortable and warm gloves, with perfect weather proofing - what more do you need from a winter glove! The only downside is that the website says a Medium is a size 9, whereas the glove itself says they are a size 8.5. I am normally a size 9 in gloves and these felt a little tight at first - they did give a little over a few hours riding though. I have worn these in terrential rain and ambient temperatures of 4 degrees Celcius for up to an hour at a time and they have been perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending these gloves.
