Bought to fit in my Held leather suit which poorly didnt have one in as standard. However this is light and fits well. Hopefully I will never get to fully appraise its qualities.

I bought this for my Rukka Air Vihti. The Rheon is very comfortable and the structure is very breathable. I almost cant tell that Im wearing it.

I have had many back protectors in my time but these are the best yet. Light, flexible, breathable and comfortable to the point you soon forget they are there. I have bought them to use with Belstaff wax cotton, leather and mesh jackets and these protectors work a treat in all cases.

I have recently replaced the level 2 D3O back protector in my Klim Marrakesh jacket with a new Rheon level 2 protector, which is both lighter, and with its more open design should make for better airflow. Whilst its early days, there is no doubt this upgrade has made my Marrakesh an even more comfortable jacket. There was nothing particularly wrong with the original D3O armour, the Rheon option simply adds another level of comfort whilst still maintaining level 2 safety standards. The D3O has now found another life in my Rukka jacket, where that armour was overdue for replacement...

Purchased this for a new Belstaff Brooklands jacket, which has proven to be a perfect fit thats more comfortable than the Furygan Viper D3O level 2 back protector that I use in my other jackets. Highly recommended and great service from ML.

This back protector is very light, supple and comfortable. It fits my Roadskin hoodie perfectly. I hope it never has to see real action, but I like it.

Fitted to a riding shirt, where it is noticeably stiffer than wearing no protector - but ventilation is great and movement is not an issue - comforting to have Level 2 spec

I bought the SM version to fit the back of a riding shirt I have as an experiment, replacing the level 1 surfboard which was originally fitted. The fit and flexibility was excellent and once fitted, I forget it is there! I cant give it five stars as Ive not had to rely on it in anger and I hope I never have to.

Bought to replace the standard armour in my RST Adventure X jacket. Fits the pocket really well, light and very flexible. When you have the jacket on you cant feel the armour at your back, and because its perforated I no longer have a river of sweat running down my spine when the weather gets hot. It just makes the whole jacket wearing experience soooooo much better.

Really pleased with this back protection. Nice and light and breaths really well in the warm weather we have been buying. As a bonus, always a pleasure to buy Motolegends as they have done the hard work of finding the better equipment out there.

So light, not bulky, easily fits my Rukka Spirit summer Jacket, gives feeling of confidence, very comfortable too.

I wear a Knox armoured shirt as I like my armour close to me, and had previously upgraded the elbow and shoulder armour to Ghost D3, but still had the old foamy back protector in. So on hearing about the Rheon I thought it was time for an upgrade and was taken by the venting opportunities given the detailed review. It arrived in a few days, and fitted great, and is so much lighter, more comfortable and definitely lets the air flow which will be great in the summer. Im female, size 12, 56 and bought the SM protector
