Brian Sansom is the man behind the famous BKS Leathers brand. The motorbike gloves he makes were originally designed for the British police. They are an all leather motorcycle glove with a top specification and now, they are uniquely available from Motolegends.

Simon: Tough summer gloves

I wanted a pair of brown summer gloves and having owned one of Brians suits I was keen to try his gloves. These police gloves are definitely at the more robust end of the scale, the leather is appreciably thicker than any of my other gloves. They were a little stiff at first, but theyre well broken in within 500 miles or so of riding and are now very comfortable. The gloves look great and the quality of construction is spot on. Im confident theyd do their job in the event of a spill. For comparison, I also have a pair of Held summer gloves in black - they flow more air but dont feel anywhere near as substantial as these BKS gloves. Very happy with my purchase.

These are very well made gloves and true to size. As expected they are taking some breaking in, but after only a few outings they are proving comfortable and Im very pleased with them. Highly recommended!

After reading reviews on here of these gloves I decided to go for it with the 20 offer from Motolegends . Build quality is 100 and fit is the best i have had with gloves, usually I find fingers slightly too long but these are just right for me, the leather is soft and relatively supple from the off and will be perfect with a little more wearing in, I think that hands are on the hit list in an off so reasuring wearing these gloves for protection
