Daytona Turbogrease for zips 100ml

The Daytona Turbo Grease for zips is meant to ensure the smooth running of Daytona's zips. It utilises Teflon particles to reduce frictional resistance. But it is our strong recommendation that you do not buy this product. And that's because if you apply any more than a tiny amount of Turbo Grease to a Daytona zip, it will act to attract road dirt, grime, dust and so on. This will stop the zip from running smoothly. In fact, Turbo Grease is the single most significant contributor to broken zips on Daytona boots. 

And remember this. Daytona's boots do not come with a hugely long warranty; and it's probably the case that you are unlikely to wreck the zip within the warranty period. It is after the end of the warranty that a problem is likely to arise. Now replacing a zip is not a problem. We can have it done here in the UK, but it is not an inexpensive job. And it seems a shame to have to replace a zip when avoiding Turbo Grease means that you probably won't have to.

If you insist on using it, apply it with an ear bud. If you do this we calculate that one bottle will last 240 years!
