Great product and works really well to keep your hands warmer under a summer glove in slightly colder weather. These have a slight stretch to them and so would recommend getting a size below your normal glove size as you want them to be a tight fit really to go inside your normal gloves easily. I initially ordered my normal size but returned them for a smaller size and ML gave a really good and quick service to swap them over.
