Shoei Adventure Helmets

If you want a Shoei Adventure helmet then you have a choice between the very modern Hornet ADV or you can go a little more retro with the Ex-Zero. Both can be worn with goggles or with a visor although the Ex-Zero visor is only a short visor and does not fully cover the face. The Shoei Hornet has a peak as standard and comes with a pinlock, the Shoei Ex-Zero will take a peak but doesn't come in the box. As with all Shoei helmets both benefit from the Shoei five year warranty and also have different sizes of cheek pad and headliner so we can ensure a good fit. Many modern adventure tourers, however, now choose something like the Shoei Neotec 3 which offers you the best in all-round features.

Shoei Ex-Zero helmet in yellow

This is my second Ex Zero and Im a big fan. Very light and the feeling of open face but with the added bonus of keeping your chin if you come off. Paired with Klim goggles the biggest field of view ones with magnetic lens swapping and used effectively in heavy rain. I went yellow this time.the thought being that you have something hi viz at the highest point.if you dont hear from me again.it didnt work!!.thanks as usual Motolegends for being excellent.

Shoei Hornet ADV Sovereign TC10 helmet in red / white / blue

Had the Hornet ADV for a few years ridden through all weather. I bought when I got my first ADV Tour bike and also with glasses, the lower chin guard gives more space for air to circulate. Ive loved it and only moved on now with a Neotec II as the peak really does get noisy in strong winds and I found the visor swap a proper fudge, but it didntt really put me off.
