Rukka Comfo-R jacket in black Product Information

The Comfo-R stands out as part of the Rukka collection in that its waterproofing comes courtesy of a drop-liner membrane rather than a laminated one. The outer shell of the jacket is a 500 denier Cordura, but what makes this such a supremely comfortable jacket is that the Cordura is woven with stretch. Extra panels of 500 denier Cordura are laid over the elbows and shoulders for added abrasion resistance. On the subject of protection, the Comfo-R comes with Level 2 D3O armour in the elbows and shoulders. A Level 1 protector comes as standard in the back. Waterproofing comes courtesy of Gore-Tex. For warmth, the jacket has a removable, 60g. thermal liner. You get full-length, zipped vents up the flanks and two exhaust vents in the back. For adjustment, there’s a popper arrangement on the biceps. You get velcro straps on the hem and also at the ends of the sleeves. The main zip is backed with a storm flap and a rain channel, so no water is getting into the jacket this way. The jacket has two water-resistant, external pockets and two waterproof, internal Napoleon pockets. The neck is lined with corduroy and Neoprene. You also get a concealed storm collar in the back of the neck. There’s a full-length zip that enables you to connect the jacket to any Rukka pant. The Comfo-R is an amazing jacket, but you won’t believe how comfortable it is until you try it.

Mark Twiselton: Rukka Quality at Oxford Price

We all know how good Rukka gear is so theres no point in me extolling the virtues of the jacket here, thats a given. What I will say however is that this jacket was, and still is, available in the sale section of the ML website and thanks to one of their legendary weekend promotions, I got a further 15 off what was already an amazing deal at one point the RRP of this jacket was £800 so I have managed to pay a little more than half price - whats not to like?. Thank you Motolegends for the product range, the service and most of all, the invaluable advice that you give your customers.

Bought to replace my well used 7 year old laminated Rukka Navigator suit and to be honest was a bit worried that Id be disappointed. Wore it at the weekend for a trip to Scotland and it was brilliant. Very comfortable, perfect fit, huge pockets and kept me warm at 1o C with only a light fleece underneath. Only negative was getting used to velcro cuffs again. Bought in the weekend sale so bit of a bargain really.

Took the plunge and pushed budget out. 1st impressions were its very warm and comfortable. Feels less motorbikey than my previous textile jackets. At 1st i didnt like the storm collar but now thats fine. On a weekend trip to scotland i didnt really notice the jacket which is a compliment, it handled heavy rain no problem.

i have a Rukka laminated suit but I hardly ever wear it. Its stiff, uncomfortable and hot. I only wear it if the weather forecast is dire. as a result i usually wear Jeans and a leather jacket taking waterproofs with me. I finally took the plunge and bought this suit and now wish it is what i had bought years ago. As comfy as my other stuff but waterproof. Cant believe Rukka are stopping making it
