Stylmartin Navigator boots in black

The Stylmartin Navigator is the brand’s classic, touring and commuting boot.

 

It is made from a full-grain leather. For comfort you get baffled padding in the forefoot and in the heel. This makes for a particularly comfortable boot. Entry is by means of a full-length zip up the inside of the boot. There are then two wide, Velcro flaps at the top of the shaft to allow the fit to be adjusted around the calf.

 

For protection there’s a massively strong counter in the toe. There’s a stiffener in the heel too; again a particularly tough one. There are hard pucks in both ankles. These are both backed with foam. You also get a rubber bumper on the outside ankle.

 

The sole is what Stylmartin call their Special Grip sole with a tread pattern designed to work in all conditions; wet, dry, muddy, icy, whatever. Inside the boot there’s a replaceable, anatomic insole. 

 

The Navigator may not be a Daytona, but it does the same job, and costs a lot, lot less!
