Motorcycle Body Armour

Protection in motorcycle gear comes in the form of abrasion resistant materials for sliding down the road and armour to protect you against impact. All the armour we stock here at Motolegends is CE approved. There are different levels for limbs and back protectors. We stock different brands but our favourite is probably D3O. D3O comes from a UK company and is the market leader in producing armour that is comfortable to wear but still up to the job at hand.

D3O Diablo Level 2 hip protectors

My trousers only came with level 1 so needed to upgrade to 2, and it seems hip protectors of this quality in short supply. As usual ML had them and delivered next day. Works perfectly.

D3O Ghost Level 2 knee or elbow armour with Velcro set

An excellent product as always from D30. I bought these to replace the original armour in my John Doe jeans. The way the armour is held in place in those jeans has the velcro inwards against your knees which I found uncomfortable. So with this armour I could install it with the velcro facing the other way, problem solved. Plus if course the usual brilliant service from motorlegends equals very happy customer

I bought these to replace the manufacturers fitted knee armour in my Oxford Original Bootcut Jeans. From new theyd chafed the skin on my right knee and left both knees sore in just 150 miles of riding. This armour being thinner and more flexible avoids the problems above and makes my expensive Oxford jeans able to be worn in comfort, thank goodness. It was a conscious choice to get the Level 1 Ghost Armour rather than Level 2 because I wanted the extra room for my obviously too long femurs.
