Belstaff Wax Cotton motorcycle jackets
Wax Cotton jackets have always possibly the most important product in the range of Belstaff motorcycle gear. This is where the story began and this is still the line of product that links the modern Belstaff jacket to the heritage values of the brand. From Steve McQueen to Sammy Miller, motorcyclists through history have worn a Wax Cotton Belstaff jacket. The material is naturally hard wearing and abrasion resistance. It has a water repellency which is now complimented by a proper waterproof membrane. It last forever and needs very little cleaning and maintenance. A perfect material for a motorbike jacket.
The wax cotton jackets from Belstaff come in pretty much three styles. The traditional long four pocket jacket with a belt which is called the Trialmaster. The short movie star style one called the Belstaff Brooklands and the inbetween length which is probably the most wearable on a bike - the Crosby.

Belstaff Crosby jacket in black
Ive had and worn every type of jacket out there, and this one looks and feels the best of any I have had in the past. Classic look, great tailored fit, I get compliments on the jacket wherever I go. I live in Canada on the west coast so Belstaff are rare out here and people are always asking me where I got it. The only time I would consider wearing my mesh jacket instead of my Crosby is on a really warm and sunny day. It does get warm quick when youre going slow in direct sunlight. Im a 48 chest and the 2XL fits great.
Belstaff Crosby jacket in sand
Really nice, well made and very classy jacket. Exactly what you would expect from Belstaff. I took the plunge on the Crosby as I wanted one that was slightly longer but not as long as the Trailmaster and bullseye -perfect. Lots of nice little touches like the last 2 buttons being rubber so they dont scratch your tanks paintwork and the brass buckles. This jacket may be expensive and yes theres a premium for the name but its also a well made and designed jacket. Worth every penny
Belstaff Crosby jacket in mahogany
This is my 2nd Crosby, bought as this one is slightly heavier weight than the old Italian one and is more substantial. I like the Crosby because its a good length and has side adjusters rather than a belt. Its my most-worn jacket, warm enough with the Belstaff down jacket for down to 8-10C. My only slight criticism is the cuff is a bit narrow, and is suitable for short gloves only.
